Recent Completed Projects TRG BUILDERS COMPLETES VILLAGE FERTULITY:
Village Fertility Pharmacy (www.villagefertilitypharmacy.com) a leading specialist in fertility medication for over twenty years took occupancy of their new Bear Hill Road Facility on May 1, 2009.  TRG Builders worked with King Street Properties (the building owner) and Village Fertility to develop a cost-effective program and infrastructure strategy to meet Village Fertility strategic needs.  In addition to administrative and research areas, TRG Builders designed and constructed a USP 797 compliant clean room to enable Village Fertility to provide compounded fertility medications.

Tom Ragno, Principal and Founder of King Street Properties commended the TRG team stating, “Some of TRGB's competitors can manage the construction process, but few are as expert at the early stages of a project planning, where the success of a project is made.  Working together closely with the King Street Properties' team and our tenant, Village Pharmacy, TRGB was instrumental in helping us to capture a valuable tenant for Bear Hill Business Park."

TRG BUILDERS COMPLETES GENZYME UPGRADES: TRG Builders recently completed regulatory upgrades to two (2) facilities for Genzyme Corporation (NASDAQ: GENZ).  Leveraging the TRG’s expertise in planning and constructing FDA-regulated facilities, TRG developed a three month planning cycle to design, coordinate and procure the project and implement construction in each facility in minimal time.

The first project consisted of a 15,000 square feet of new finishes, mechanical infrastructure, electrical infrastructure, and manufacturing utilities.  The advance planning allowed for all equipment to be on site prior to construction start and all utility distribution to be completely coordinated.  Consequently, construction was completed over seventeen (17) days, enabling Genzyme to incorporate this work into a scheduled shutdown.

The second project was slightly larger at nearly 20,000 square feet.  This suite also required new finishes as well as new process utilities, new air handling units, motor control center, and exhaust fans.  Similar to the first suite, all design, coordination and procurement was done in order to have all equipment available at the start of construction.  The construction of this suite was also executed during a planned shutdown and was completed in twenty-one days.

Because of the aggressive time requirement of the construction schedules, TRG utilized two shifts to solidify the completion dates and help Genzyme restart manufacturing.
